About Gerry

Gerry Brady founded Longbow Advantage in 2002 and today leads the Rebus Analytics team as Chief Innovation Officer, focusing on the development, growth, and innovation of Rebus®.

Prior to founding Longbow, Gerry spent 11 years developing a deep understanding of RedPrairie products and managing complex logistics and technology projects while holding several senior management positions in transportation and warehousing.

With 25+ years of experience in logistics, systems development, and implementation, he leveraged his technical knowledge and operational experience in warehouse and transportation management to identify a gap in the industry, which created the foundation of Rebus. His deep knowledge and passion for optimizing the supply chain has built Rebus into the revolutionary supply chain analytics software it is today.

With two decades of supply chain experience, Ryan Uhlenkamp serves as the CEO of Longbow Advantage, overseeing Sales, Consulting and Professional services, and Strategic Partnerships for Longbow Advantage. In his prior position as COO, Ryan helped propel Longbow Advantage to a record-setting year of growth in 2024. Prior to that he served as SVP of Alliances and Strategic Accounts, showcasing his profound knowledge and expertise, playing a pivotal role in driving the company’s rapid growth in 2023.

He has served in VP and GM roles across sales, product, and implementation with a proven track record of partnering with stakeholders across all areas and levels to foster synergy and build unified approaches to achieve shared business goals. He spent 20 years at RedPrairie, JDA, and Blue Yonder delivering best in class supply chain software solutions that empower clients to achieve new levels of performance.

Ryan is a dynamic and innovative business leader who has continued to build an extensive track record of success driving sales and implementations of top supply chain solutions to top companies within the Retail, Manufacturing, Hi-Tech, and other sectors. His focus on creating strong work cultures that promote accountability, engagement, professional development, and collaboration as keys to achieving sustained excellence have been a driving factor of his own success.

Brian brings a passion for technological innovation and efficiency, with over a decade of experience in sales leadership across diverse industries, including cybersecurity, customer success, and Martech. His comprehensive understanding of market dynamics, coupled with his adeptness in sales strategy formulation, positions him as a strategic asset in our pursuit of growth and success.

Brian is known for his empathetic leadership style and ability to inspire and empower his team members. He leads by example, instilling a culture of accountability and mutual respect.

Outside of work, Brian is consistently seeking avenues for professional development and growth. He enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, being outdoors, and cheering on the New York Knicks.

Connor’s expertise in IT and Cloud infrastructure management ensures high-performance, scalable, and reliable applications.

He excels in building and leading high-performing teams, driving strategic initiatives, and managing the entire software development lifecycle. His focus on enhancing end user engagement through robust and efficient product offerings underscores his commitment to building technologies that deliver tangible benefits to businesses and people.

Dave Mott

VP, Rebus Practice

Dave Mott leads the Rebus delivery practice and brings over 30 years of experience deploying supply chain execution systems. Dave has a passion for delivering strong results for customers and strives to listen first and then foster a collaborative approach to solving business challenges and creating value.

Much of his career has been focused on implementing labor management systems that build continuous improvement cultures for customers. He recognizes that while technology is a key enabler of these programs, equally important is a sound change management approach, and is a strong believer in an open, transparent process across all levels of customer organizations to ensure success.

Chelsea Brady

Chelsea serves as the Vice President of Strategic Partnerships for Rebus® Analytics, working to form and strengthen partnerships between Rebus and other trusted leading supply chain companies, collaborating to deliver cutting-edge solutions for customers. Through these partnerships, Rebus is able to seamlessly integrate with a powerful network, delivering tailored solutions for complex, dynamic issues that our customers face.

In the past, she served as a key advisor to the Rebus product team, helping to shape the development of key features that have impacted organizations’ ability to meet and exceed their goals. She also led the team responsible for the implementation and overall success of Rebus Analytics with its cold food supply chain customers.

In addition to her formal leadership role, Chelsea is also seen as a cross-functional leader and peer mentor to others in the industry. She is well-versed in supply chain strategy and has a deep understand of Longbow Advantage’s customers and is willing to take on projects and help colleagues by providing expertise and advisement.
