About Gerry
Gerry Brady founded Longbow Advantage in 2002 and leads the company as CEO and Chief Innovator. Today, he continues to focus on the development, growth, and innovation of The Rebus® Platform.
Prior to founding Longbow, Gerry spent 11 years developing a deep understanding of RedPrairie products and managing complex logistics and technology projects while holding several senior management positions in transportation and warehousing.
With 25+ years of experience in logistics, systems development, and implementation, he leveraged his technical knowledge and operational experience in warehouse and transportation management to identify a gap in the industry, which created the foundation of Rebus. His deep knowledge and passion for optimizing the supply chain has built Rebus into the revolutionary supply chain analytics software it is today.
About Ryan
With two decades of supply chain experience, Ryan Uhlenkamp oversee sales, consulting and professional services, and strategic partnerships for Longbow Advantage. In his prior position as Senior Vice President of Alliances and Strategic Accounts, Ryan showcased his profound knowledge and expertise, playing a pivotal role in driving the company’s rapid growth in 2023 and establishing a solid foundation for a strong 2024.
He has served in VP and GM roles across sales, product, and implementation with a proven track record of partnering with stakeholders across all areas and levels to foster synergy and build unified approaches to achieve shared business goals. He spent 20 years at RedPrairie, JDA, and Blue Yonder delivering best in class supply chain software solutions that empower clients to achieve new levels of performance.
Ryan is a dynamic and innovative business leader who has continued to build an extensive track record of success driving sales and implementations of top supply chain solutions to top companies within the Retail, Manufacturing, Hi-Tech, and other sectors. His focus on creating strong work cultures that promote accountability, engagement, professional development, and collaboration as keys to achieving sustained excellence have been a driving factor of his own success.
About Leigh
Dedicated to customer-focused success, Leigh Chesley is the Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer of Longbow Advantage, responsible for the customer experience, marketing, and strategic projects . She brings over a decade of enterprise software industry experience with a focus on supply chain technology and has a particular passion for working closely with customers and understanding the challenges and opportunities they face every day.
Additionally, with an in-depth knowledge about supply chain trends and market needs, Leigh excels at developing high-performing teams that drive organizational objectives forward. From leading strategy across the customer journey to crafting sophisticated go-to-market approaches, Leigh takes pride in delivering best-in-class solutions that elevate customer experiences across all touchpoints.
About Todd
Todd Kolber, VP, Strategic Accounts, has a passion for Supply Chain. For the past 20 years, Todd has worked to help companies, small and large, achieve optimal business results by deploying and optimizing warehouse, transportation, distribution solutions, inventory planning, and optimization solutions.
Todd has held Sales Leadership positions with Just Enough Software, PlanningEdge, Catalyst International, Logistics.com, and others. Having spent the first eight years of his career in IT and technology consulting, Todd has an excellent mix of technical and operational skills. Todd holds a Business and Finance degree from Indiana University and an M.B.A. Todd is married to his college sweetheart, Jennifer. They have four amazing children, and the entire family are Disney fanatics!
About Brian
As the Vice President of Sales, Brian Weiner brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record in revenue generation. His commitment to fostering cohesive, high-performing teams is matched only by his dedication to driving results through collaborative effort.
Brian brings a passion for technological innovation and efficiency, with over a decade of experience in sales leadership across diverse industries, including cybersecurity, customer success, and Martech. His comprehensive understanding of market dynamics, coupled with his adeptness in sales strategy formulation, positions him as a strategic asset in our pursuit of growth and success.
Brian is known for his empathetic leadership style and ability to inspire and empower his team members. He leads by example, instilling a culture of accountability and mutual respect.
Outside of work, Brian is consistently seeking avenues for professional development and growth. He enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, being outdoors, and cheering on the New York Knicks.
About Connor
Connor Brady is the VP of Product at Longbow Advantage, leading product strategy and development to deliver innovative software solutions. With over 14 years of experience, he has held various leadership roles, including Director of Product Development and Manager of Infrastructure & Product Development. Connor’s expertise in IT and Cloud infrastructure management ensures high-performance, scalable, and reliable applications.
He excels in building and leading high-performing teams, driving strategic initiatives, and managing the entire software development lifecycle. His focus on enhancing end user engagement through robust and efficient product offerings underscores his commitment to building technologies that deliver tangible benefits to businesses and people.
Dave Mott leads the Rebus delivery practice and brings over 30 years of experience deploying supply chain execution systems. Dave has a passion for delivering strong results for customers and strives to listen first and then foster a collaborative approach to solving business challenges and creating value.
Much of his career has been focused on implementing labor management systems that build continuous improvement cultures for customers. He recognizes that while technology is a key enabler of these programs, equally important is a sound change management approach, and is a strong believer in an open, transparent process across all levels of customer organizations to ensure success.
