Our Successfully Proven Methodology

Assess

This stage starts with kickoff and finishes with sign-off on the plan. In between, we develop the vision and requirements to take your WMS from current state to future state.

Build

The heavy lift starts with a setup workshop. Then, we move through applications and report development, archiving setup, system integration and testing to conference room pilot (CRP) and solution signoff.

Confirm

Technology and training are central to this stage. We test integration, verify performance with test scenarios and test scripts (to exercise basic and deep exceptions to processes) and hold a mock go-live. Meanwhile, customized staff-wide training is underway.

Deploy

Go live! After assuring system readiness, we make the cut-over, providing comprehensive support throughout the transition and beyond.
